A loan for personal or family purposes. This loan is available on a secured or unsecured basis at either a fixed or variable rate of interest. The length of the repayment depends of the purpose or amount of the loan. Payments are made in monthly installment (you choose a convenient monthly due date). Credit life/accident and health insurance are available. Payments may be made either by mail, in person or deducted from a Bank of Fayette County account.
Financing is available for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.

This loan is a Conventional long-term, fixed rate mortgage. We offer up to 30-year terms. The interest rate remains constant of the mortgage. The monthly principal and interest payment remains constant.
Adjustable Rate Mortgages have an interest rate that adjusts periodically at predetermined intervals. Adjustable rate mortgages are available with a variety of indexes, margins, lifetime caps and adjustment periods. All these factors combined determine your interest rate and payment. The initial interest rate for an adjustable rate mortgage is typically lower than that of a fixed rate mortgage.
